Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting for a Branch Manager to join this nationwide recruitment company in their Manchester office.

To be considered for this role you will ideally either be a Branch/Business Manager within industrial or high volume temp recruitment, or an experienced senior consultant ready for the step up.
The main duties of this role:
- Operating as a billing manager - leading from the front with sales activity and performance
- Coach and train where required all staff members
- Ensure all payroll is done accurately and on time
- Ensure the branch and all its workers are compliant and legal to work
- To work to company budgets and provide a profitable branch
- To ensure all marketing and literature that represents the company is accurate and professional
- To attend sales and service visits with potential and current clients across your region
- To represent the client in the manner expected of a BM at all times.
